You may cancel your order as long as it has not yet been processed for shipment. Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

• The reason for cancellation

We will attempt to cancel your order as soon as possible, but please note that if your order has already been processed or shipped, we will not be able to cancel it.

3. Cancellations After Shipment

If your order has already shipped, you will need to follow the Return & Refund Policy to return the item after receiving it.

4. Cancellation Confirmation

If we are able to cancel your order, you will receive a confirmation email, and any charges made will be refunded to your original payment method within 3-5 business days, depending on your payment provider.
